Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging (including blind box packaging and any inner wrapping/seals intact). Items that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We may require photos of the item and packaging to assist with the claim process.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@allplaytoys.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label if applicable.
Please note: returns must be sent to the address provided after your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or transit, please note that responsibility for transit-related damage lies with the shipping carrier. In these cases, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier before we can further assist. We may request supporting documentation, such as photos of the damaged item and packaging, to help with the claim process.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Blind boxes and blind bags once opened, unsealed, or tampered with
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
